Residential properties are inspected in accordance with the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Examples of the items inspected are plumbing, electrical, roofing, grounds, structure, basement, heating and cooling systems, attic, appliances, and garage.

Bergen County:
Buildings up to 4 dwelling units - $ 650
Commercial properties - priced separately
Single dwelling apartments and condominiums up to 1000 sq. ft. - $ 195 - $245
Single dwelling homes with termite/radon inspection up to 2500 sq. ft. - $ 375
Single dwelling homes greater than 2500 sq. ft. - priced separately
Inspections outside Bergen County - priced separately
Pool inspections - $150 when combined with home inspection

Reports include a combination narrative and checklist style. Reports are prepared on the same day of the inspection and mailed on the next business day.

Most inspections can be scheduled within 48 hours.
